Salad Options

Go to ones with protein
ask for no cheese,
dried fruit & dressing on the side
– or –
ask for olive oil, vinegar and lemon on the side

Soup Options

Go for broth based filled with veggies gluten/grain free,
1 cup before a salad = perfect appetizer

Entrees

Protein – grilled, baked, pan seared, roasted fresh herbs, spices, butter, hold sauces

Sides

Steamed, blanched, grilled veggies salads – hold croutons and
dressing on the side
hold the grain, pasta, potato, bread
