Spring Detox Smoothie
- 2 cups of greens
- 1 cup of raw coconut water
- 1 cup of veggies
- 1/2 cup of fruit
- 2 tbls of nut butter, ground flax or chia
for added flavor:
- 1-2 tbls of lemon, lime, ginger, mint, greens powder or coconut oil
- 1/2 tbls raw honey(optional)
