Spring Detox Smoothie

  • 2 cups of greens
  • 1 cup of raw coconut water
  • 1 cup of veggies
  • 1/2 cup of fruit
  • 2 tbls of nut butter, ground flax or chia

for added flavor:

  • 1-2 tbls of lemon, lime, ginger, mint, greens powder or coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbls raw honey(optional)
