Clean Out Your Liver

  • Eat organic grass fed, hormone antibiotic free meats/poultry
  • Do a liver cleanse 2x a year
  • Use only non toxic cleaners, household products and personal products

Fix Your Digestive System

  • Use collagen / bone broth to heal your leaky gut
