This year, I want to challenge you to a different kind of gratitude practice… one that goes beyond the usual “What are you thankful for?” list.
Instead, take a moment to appreciate every hand, every step, and every unseen force that helped get your Thanksgiving meal to the table.
Start with the microbes in the soil nourishi
- The seeds selected and prepared for planting…
- The farmers who tended the fields…
- The teams who built and repaired their equipment…
- The harvesters, butchers, packagers, and processors…
- The truck drivers who moved food across states…
- The grocery store workers who stocked the shelves and rang up your items…
- The delivery drivers…
- The hands that washed, chopped, seasoned, and cooked…
- The people who made your knives, plates, napkins, and cookware…
And the list goes on…who else would you add?
It’s incredible to pause and acknowledge how many lives and layers of effort are woven into a single meal.
Bring your family into the conversation and see how long your collective gratitude chain becomes.
It’s a beautiful reminder of how deeply connected we all are.
As for me… I’m gratefu
Thank you for reading my emails, sharing your thoughts, and continuing to grow and learn about your health with me.
