If you could do anything when it comes to an epic adventure what would it be?
Before your conscious mind took over and squashed your dreams with it’s version of your reality, what came to mind?
Write it down, note it in your phone as this is your true voice speaking.
Now what excuses came up when the conscious mind took over?
Scribble those down too.
Is there anything with your health and questioning your capabilities that got in the way?
Like, I’d love to do that when I feel better, when xyz is resolved, when I’m thinner, stronger etc?
Know you’re not alone in this if you said any of the above.
What’s standing between you and your adventures is a plan.
A plan that’s tailored to your dreams.
You have the why – you know what you want, it’s time to create the plan to get you there.
If what’s keeping you from the epic adventure is a resource like time or money, that’s figure-out-able too.
Either way this week I’m taking inspiration from my adventurous aunt that passed having completed everything on her bucket list.
My goal is to inspire you to dream without inhibition and uncover what you need to get there.
The weekend is almost here.
