A little over 10 years ago Jen Shaw was in a bike accident that caused extreme nerve pain due to a central spinal cord injury. Being told she would be in chronic pain and taking 30 pills a day for life wasn’t what Jen had in mind for her type A New Yorker self. Instead she embarked on a journey to restore hear health, finding yoga, acupuncture and essential oils in addition to, 3 main habits were the secret to her success.
