The most common question I get as a doc is “what do I eat to … insert health or fitness goal.”  Most of the questions are about weight loss but the same applies to what to eat for workouts, to stay healthy and more. Over the years I’ve become increasingly frustrated with this question as it does depend on many factors and no two people are alike. Trust me, if I had a magic protocol I’d have used it on myself and shared it with the world.  This is why I’m compelled to share the benefits of the Lumen with you. Gurus will have you thinking you need to fast, eat more protein, go keto, eat plant based or go full carnivore.
