Did you know there’s a way to discover which peptides your body will respond to?

It starts with micronutrient testing.

Tests like the Cell Science Systems Micronutrient Test show which amino acids your body is burning through when you’re inflamed, repairing tissue, or supporting your immune system.

This matters because peptides are built from amino acids and deficiencies tell us which peptides may help you the most.

KPV: Yesterday’s star peptide

KPV (lysine + proline + valine) is a major inflammation-calmer.

Here’s why your body might crave it:

Lysine

  • known for cold sore support
  • reduces cortisol
  • supports muscle growth
  • helps your body make carnitine
  • essential for collagen production

Proline

  • crucial for tissue repair
  • linked to how you handle environmental stress
  • supports collagen + gut lining
  • oral supplements aren’t well absorbed…
➡️ which may explain why injectable KPV works better

Valine

  • a branched-chain amino acid
  • supports muscle repair
  • helps with glucose use
  • works best in micro-doses inside peptide blends

Copper GHK (GHK-Cu)

This peptide contains glycine, histidine, and lysine bound to copper and your natural levels drop with age.

It’s found in blends like GLOW and KLOW (which includes KPV).

Copper GHK:

  • supports deep tissue + skin repair
  • helps with wound healing
  • may support cognitive decline and neuroprotection
  • works better in blends (KLOW > standalone)

BPC-157 + TB-500

Two of the most well-known regenerative peptides.

  • BPC-157: 15 amino acids
  • TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4): 43 amino acids

I

consider these the “general contractors” of healing, great for the gut, tissues, and recovery.

What about synthetic peptides like GLP-1?

Micronutrient tests don’t show whether you need synthetic peptides like:

  • Tirzepatide (GLP-1 + GIP dual agonist)
  • Retatrutide (GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon triple agonist)
  • Thymosin Alpha-1 (immune + viral defense support)

But they can reveal vitamins like B1 and minerals like chromium and vanadium deficiencies as well as underlying amino acid patterns that help decide which combos you’ll tolerate best.

The future: Bioregulators

Bioregulators are 2–4 amino acids long and act as cellular “instructions.”
They target specific organs like:

  • thyroid
  • lungs
  • heart
  • kidneys
  • blood vessels
  • pineal gland

Unlike glandular supplements, bioregulators tell aging cells to repair, regenerate, and optimize.

One Khavinson peptide, Pielotax, has even been studied for regenerating kidneys in stage 3+ kidney disease.

The late Dr. Vladimir Khavinson pioneered this work and his peptides are becoming the next evolution in anti-aging and organ support.

Peptides + bioregulators are the future of personalized medicine.

And now we have ways to assess what your body actually needs instead of guessing.
