Ep 331: How Do You Know What to Eat for Your Metabolism? Get a Lumen & Learn.

The most common question I get as a doc is “what do I eat to … insert health or fitness goal.” 

Most of the questions are about weight loss but the same applies to what to eat for workouts, to stay healthy and more. Over the years I’ve become increasingly frustrated with this question as it does depend on many factors and no two people are alike. Trust me, if I had a magic protocol I’d have used it on myself and shared it with the world.  This is why I’m compelled to share the benefits of the Lumen with you. Gurus will have you thinking you need to fast, eat more protein, go keto, eat plant based or go full carnivore. With all the fad diets, trends and everyone having an opinion, I’ve thrown my hands up in the air and said, “you should eat what your body tolerates the best.”  Then the inevitable question comes next, “well how do I know what my body likes to eat?”.  The Lumen finally answers that for me and I think it will answer it for you too.
