Abdominal pain isn’t always related to gut health.
If you have stomach pain (left sided under the rib), poke around on the muscles around your right hip or even into your left shoulder, chest or armpit, are they tight?
What about pain under the right side of the rib cage where the gallbladder lives, poke around on your right chest, shoulder (muscles that pass through your arm pit and your left hip, are they tight or sore?
Tension travels diagonally across your body from one shoulder to the opposite hip.
That’s not random.
It’s your front-body fascia’s “X” pattern, a crisscross of connective tissue that links your shoulders, core, and hips.
When this “X” tightens (from sitting, workouts, or stress), it restricts circulation, oxygen flow, and digestion leaving you feeling sluggish, bloated, or stuck in your body.
