Jannine Krause (00:00.817)
I’m James, welcome back to the Health Fix Podcast.
Tim James (00:05.056)
I’m back. It’s been I looked at us five years. What?
Jannine Krause (00:06.281)
After five years. my gosh. So much has happened. So much has happened.
Tim James (00:13.89)
There’s more chemicals now than there was five years ago, people. And we’re gonna show you how to get out.
Jannine Krause (00:19.461)
Absolut stinking lutely. Absolutely stinking lutely are aren’t we? my gosh. So five years ago you were saying like life just took a big turn. And I think for a lot of people it took a big turn right at that time frame. But you were taking care of parents, which creates a lot of stress on the body. You’re juggling life, j career, podcast, and then parents, and and that’s the time when I see people end up like completely letting go of their nutritional habits. And they’re like,
Tim James (00:48.184)
Yeah.
Jannine Krause (00:48.945)
I’m just gonna eat junk food because th this is the time that I’m in and I have to do that. Let’s talk about why that’s bad.
Tim James (00:53.176)
That is the that is the exact conversation I’ve been having with people because I’ve been sharing what’s been I’m very open about everything. You know, I moved back here because my mom and thank God she brought me back, but my mom couldn’t no longer take care of my father. She’s like, it’s just too much work, I can’t do it. And we have a farm. So I’m like, I’m there. And I just packed up everything, moved back home to Eastern Oregon, started helping her out, helping out my dad. And you know, I was coming back every two, three weeks anyway, and just tending to
chores and stuff like that need to be done, bringing my kids over and having a good time, but it was she needed more t more care. Well right after I got here, she falls. And she like breaks her kneecap and the medical system didn’t even they didn’t even like v a v x-ray her knee. It was crazy. And then so we bring her in like three weeks later and then the orthopedic surgeon’s like, my God, like you need to be this needs to be immobilized. This is crazy. So
Totally, you know, and I’m not I’m very thankful for the Western emergency care system for for for traumas and stuff like that. But you really need an advocate when you go into these systems if you don’t know what you’re doing. And I even kinda know what I’m doing and somehow that got missed, right? I just assumed ’cause there was they they brought an x ray machine in there, but they didn’t x ray your knee. and literally when I took my dad in when he fell later, not r this he fell this April.
his knee was all swollen and they were like they asked me, Do you think I should X ray his knee? I’m like, Well I don’t know. It’s it’s kind of bruised and swollen. It might be a good idea.
Like what are you asking me for? Like it was like just put that into context of what you’re walking into. You’re thinking the professionals have it. And maybe some of them do. Some of them do. But it’s just like a good contractor. You know, if you went out and had a hundred contractors work and build you a home, you’re gonna get a hundred different homes. And probably about five to ten of those homes are gonna be solid. The other eighty to ninety five percent are gonna be crap.
Tim James (02:59.464)
And that’s the that’s just the way the world works. Just because they’re in that system doesn’t mean you’re gonna get good care. So I come home, I’m taking care of mom, she falls, eight months of physical therapy, she’s coming back strong. We had a fantastic physical therapist. This woman was awesome. She was fit herself, go figure. Okay. Very important download right there. Only work with people that are healthy themselves. If you don’t go to an overweight dietitian or to a blind ophthalmologist, this is just doesn’t make no sense.
So you you wanna work with people that actually know how to have health in their own life and they’ve taken care of their own body. so my mom’s getting better and then boom she gets hit with cancer and then, you know, turbo cancer. I do all the hospice care and then I’ve been taking care of my father the last couple of years since she passed and then he fell. And I can’t even get into it because it’s like a twelve hour podcast of of the breakdown in the medical system, skilled nursing,
We did find one light at the end of the tunnel with this memory care place at the end. But my God. Like, so what’s happening? If you’re over forty years old, you’re probably starting to get in your forties and fifties, you’re starting to have these parents breaking down. And now it’s sucking up and consuming your time. So the first thing is to recognize that what are my parents doing that I’m also doing in my lifestyle that I can stop doing? And we’re gonna get into this, so I don’t have that future.
Because if you continue to do certain things like go into grocery stores and eat processed foods, if you look in the grocery stores, there’s also a very big section of adult diapers. That will be your future. It’s going to be your future. And it’s not fun. I was changing my dad’s diapers, and then I would just get him changed and stand him up and then he’d pee all over me. And then we’d have to take it off and do it again. Okay? It is not fun wiping somebody’s butt, especially when they know you and they’re their parents. Like it’s that’s why a lot of people just
you know, they they send people off to care homes and stuff ’cause they just don’t want to deal with it. ‘Cause it is a it’s a hard work. And it’s and it’s hard on them with their egos and it’s embarrassing and and and it stinks and you just don’t want to deal with it. So you know, if you look in the grocery stores, there’s a lot of booze, processed foods, which are all poison, and adult diapers. So lots of alcohol, even if it’s in a fancy bottle and and and processed foods.
Tim James (05:22.67)
is going to lead to adult diapers and pharmaceutical drugs. And you’re gonna feel like crap, you’re gonna look like crap, you’re gonna age faster, and and somebody’s gonna end up being taking care of you. So don’t do that, please. So I’m doing the thing where I’m taking care of my mom and dad and and it it even though I’m in this lifestyle and I’m teaching it all the time, thank God, I still would I stopped doing some of the things that were that had
gave me really good results. It took my energy levels up another level, made me feel better emotionally, spiritually, physically, joint pain gone. These types of things. I’d forgotten about because you just be like, my God. You know, my bedtime is ten o’clock. I have a sacred time between nine and ten where I don’t do anything and I’m just taking care of my mom during that sacred time. And I finally get to bed at ten thirty and I just lay my head down and I’m like, my God, I get to get to bed a little early today. And it’s like my phone rings. Tim, I need to go potty.
And I gotta get back up, walk across the property, help her out, you know, do her thing. you know, and a side note, look at it doesn’t matter how nice you are, s you you have breakdowns. Because one night that happened, and I’m I’m it’s getting towards the end of her life, and I’m I’m tired. I was you know, I’m tired. And I’m just a human being too, right? Even though I’m drinking organic energy juice and do all these things. And I remember she had a cup of the
the organic energy juice setting there, it was pre-made, and she’d only drank about half of it. And right when I say goodnight, mom, and I’m just like, I just want to go to bed, I bump the glass, I spill it all over her, all over the bed, on the floor, and I kinda lost it. And I was like I mean, I feel horrible today about it. I’ve kinda I’m I’m trying not to. I’m let I’m gonna let that go.
And and I felt so bad because I I mean, I could have literally crawled out underneath the door. Here my mom is, she’s towards the end of her life, she’s in tremendous pain. Her the cancer’s in her spine up by her neck, breaking her spine into pieces. And it’s in her lungs filling up fluid and they’re pulling off like nine hundred C C stuff with a big needle in her back and holding her hand and going through all that stuff. And here I’m cussing and getting all pissed off and she’s feeling responsible for my
Tim James (07:43.789)
being upset and the in the trauma. And I’m like, I I I apologize the next day, but I I mean that was a tough one. That was really hard. So I’m glad I went through this. Because if I can just communicate what what we’re gonna share today is that you don’t this doesn’t have to be you. Okay. Now yes you might have to take care of somebody
And we want to set you up. So not only do you have the physical body and the energy levels to do this, but you have the the spiritual acumen to go through it, to go through it and get through it and and be peaceful through it with the people that you’re helping. Because it’s it’s it’s there’s a I’ll just say it’s a lot of contrast and there and and it’s a it’s a lot of work. So anyway, I go off and off about this all all day long, but it’s I just don’t want people to suffer.
it’s like I’ve been su I’ve suffered my whole life. That’s how I got into this thing with my gut. And and then I watched my parents suffer the last five years and it’s been it’s been a long road. And I feel like I’m a sixteen year old kid that just got his driver’s license now and I’m free and I’m like I have all this extra time back and I’m like playing music again, I started playing golf with a friend, I mean just doing all kinds of stuff. So
Jannine Krause (08:57.32)
man. Having been through watching a parent die, so I I’m here. I believe that’s why I do this, like I will always say, I don’t want to go out like my mom. Cancer two, blisters like from the chemo, like the sides of our heads on our body. And it’s just like, you’ll want
Tim James (09:15.894)
Mm.
Jannine Krause (09:16.944)
someone you don’t you just don’t want that. And and so you’ll hear me say a lot, like I don’t want to go out like my mom did. And I and I think a lot of folks don’t. But I think at the time it it is something where we we let things go. And this is this is your call out, folks, if you’re taking care of your parents or even kids and you’re holding hands and kids are older and you know you need to give some tough love. This is a time to to really think about that and and and go from there. And so we have one thing that
Tim James (09:41.645)
And then the best way the best way to do it is lead by example because some of them are just not going to listen to your you’re too close to them. I’ve experienced that. So the best thing you can do to give them in the permission slips to change is be the freaking healthiest person you possibly can. And Mama Bear sh I I said this last time, Mama Bear shows baby bear what to do by her actions.
Jannine Krause (10:02.642)
Yep. Yep. So huge. So huge. So one of is getting stuff out of the colon. Since our colon, our guts, you know, and and you said you’ve had long term gut issues. I think a lot of people pass over the gut stuff. And this is something I’m gonna weave in here just because it’s so relevant right now with my husband and his his coming off of coffee. And he’s like, I never thought I could poop without coffee. I thought that I had to have the coffee to be able to have a h healthy colon.
Let’s talk about all this and how how
Tim James (10:31.286)
Yeah. Yeah. and I forgot to mention too, for the listeners that are listening, like if you’re new, like make sure you subscribe to this. Like if you’re getting value out of this, make sure you give her a review. I went in and gave you five star reviews, I’ve subscribed, and you’re doing some awesome work here. I do a podcast, I know how much it works it takes. You got some great interviews I’ve listened to, great stuff. I picked up a few tips, awesome stuff. So thank you for doing what you’re doing. So
Do me a favor and go leave her a five star review and subscribe and share it if it helped you and I guarantee it’ll help somebody else.
Jannine Krause (11:06.268)
Thanks, Tim. I sincerely appreciate it. Yeah, you get it. You get it. Gosh, well let’s let’s talk about the the colon. Let’s talk about how green greens how how we can really change things up for ourselves. And of course, you know, we’re talking today, guys. Organic energy juice. Tastes like apple, which I’ll be honest, I I have tried to choke down green drinks for a very long time.
And having it taste like apple makes it actually taste natural because it would be what I would make a green drink out of as a base, putting some apple in it. So
Tim James (11:41.005)
Yeah. Yeah. So we’ll we’ll we’ll definitely talk about it. So green drinks, I believe, are at the sub basement foundation for my health journey. I I have two a day, I never miss. I’ve done this for fifteen plus years now. And it there’s it’s so many reasons why I do it. But the the first the first thing is to understand is like if you’re thinking about changing your health, you gotta take the car into the shop, your engine’s plugged up.
If you’ve had processed foods, if you’ve had stress in your life, this affects your gut. if you’ve been exposed to pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, larvicides, chemical fertilizers, these things have shut down processes in your gut. These little things called intestinal VLI, these hair-like structures, have been compromised. These are the things that are gonna pull the nutrients from the intestines into through the intestinal wall, into the bloodstream. And these are also these things that cause this peristaltic action. It’s like this wave motion. If you look in the ocean, you see like the
little things on the coral and they’re moving all together. That’s kind of like how it moves the, you know, the food through you. And those things have been kind of like paralyzed, you know, from processed foods and stress and toxins and EMFs and all these things. So I believe that the first thing is that the car’s not running right. That’s our body. We should take it in for a tune-up. We should clean and the first thing is to clean up the junk and the funk and the gunk. Average person’s carrying around six to twelve pounds of
impacted fecal material. it’s disgusting. It’s high acid. It’s low oxygen. And it’s a perfect breeding ground for parasites and harmful organisms and candidas and molds and yeasts. And you like if you if you if let put it to you this way. Average person has six to twelve pounds of poop. It stuck old stuff, gross stuff, in the gut. All these bugs come in. It’s the same thing as if you had a a garbage can in your kitchen
And you have scraps in there and stuff and you never take it off and it’s spilling over, what’s gonna happen? The bugs are gonna come in. So if you want you Well well j Tim, why does your kitchen stink so bad? Well you got that thing over there, Tim, because it’s f garbage. Get rid of that garbage can for God’s sakes. You’ve had it there for two months. I w no, I don’t think that’s it. It’s like of course it’s like of course it makes sense. It’s common sense you remove the garbage, the bugs go away. And so the first step
Tim James (14:06.688)
is to change the internal terrain and get rid of that stuck s funk and gunk and junk. And so we have people we recommend colon hydrotherapy and colonics and enemas, and that scares a lot of people. if you want to learn more about it, do you have an episode on your show that talks about colonics specifically, Janine?
Jannine Krause (14:25.992)
I actually don’t think I’ve actually talked about them. Yeah. Yeah.
Tim James (14:28.514)
That would be a very good interview. If you guys in the meantime, you can go to my show at Tim James Upgraded. I changed the name of it from Health Hero Show. Tim James Upgraded and it’s episode thirty-eight. Long time ago, like 300 plus episodes ago, where I interviewed Rebecca Harder. She’s the act one certified colon hydrotherapist, like an instructor level. She’s done now like twenty thousand of them. great podcast to listen to. So I’m not gonna go deep into that, but colon hydrotherapy colonics is gentle water going in and out of the colon for an hour and it’s cleaning all that crap up.
in about an hour. Now when the bot when this happens, the body’s gonna recognize this and the gallbladder and the liver are gonna start releasing more toxins. So it’s really important, I believe, for most of you to go out the second day and get another one. Cause all those toxins are going to go back down into the colon. And if you don’t sweep them out, then they’re gonna kinda go back up the hepatic vein into the liver and kind of recirculate. So it’s just I think a very powerful to do two of them back to back. Or if you can’t afford that or you don’t have somebody in your area, a good colon hydrotherapist, then you can just do an enema
Or you can purchase what are called Klema boards, which is kind of between an enema and a clonic as far as effectiveness. but these things all work. Okay. And this isn’t old new stuff. This is old stuff. Grandmas and aunts, people my age, fifties and forties, if you look on the back of your grandma’s aunt’s door, they had a they had an enema bag hanging up. And if a kid got sick, boy, kids getting an enema. And sometimes if a kid got sick, the whole family’s getting enemas because the mom didn’t want to deal with six kids. Cause it works. Sh mom knew.
But what she probably didn’t know was it was cleaning up the terrain. And and and it’s all about flow, and you need good flow in your body. The deep it’s one of the major detoxification pathways. So, and for those that don’t want to do that, we have a product called gut detox. It’s an ancient 5,000 year old Aervedic herbal formula that just works. I actually tried to get Dr. Treadway to I said, Can we improve this? Can we micronize like 20%? He’s like, then he he’s like, Yeah, I guess we could. And then he came back, he’s you what, Tim?
This has worked for five thousand years. I think it was best if we just leave it alone. I’m like, okay. You know, so I’m always trying to improve stuff. But i i that formula is solid and it’s just three raw fruits. There’s no sugar. And and it just works. So you can take three capsules in the morning and night for 15 days, and then after that just take three capsules a day for maintenance. that would that that that’s a way and it’ll microscopically clean those intestinal villi and get that six to twelve pounds of funk and gunk and junk out of you.
Tim James (16:53.511)
another thing to get that stuff out of you is water. water’s very, very, very important. You just have to make sure it’s purified and restructured nowadays.
Jannine Krause (17:04.648)
Which is such such a contending like conversation with folks. Do you find that really talking with folks about, you know, they’re like, But my fridge filter’ll be just fine or my Brita filter be just fine. What’s your what’s you know, to get the the filtered and structured water, what’s what’s your go to? Let’s tell folks about how you’re doing it yourself.
Tim James (17:25.592)
Well, I first thing I would say is how’s it working for you?
Tim James (17:30.829)
I’m fifty-three years old and I just ran fifteen one hundred yard sprints with jog backs this morning. That’s not a big deal. But how many people can do that even in their twenties today? When I was thirty-seven I couldn’t do that. I mean I I literally couldn’t have ran w maybe one or two of those and I’d have been I fell o I would have fallen over because I was carrying an extra forty two pounds. And I had eleven pounds when I got weighed and when I f got my first colonic, I I had eleven pounds of impacted fecal material in my colon.
Eleven pounds. Remember the record? The record at that institute they done at the time six hundred thousand people, so at least six hundred thousand colonics ’cause everybody gets one. one woman had twenty seven pounds of impacted fecal material in her colon.
Jannine Krause (18:15.856)
Oof.
Tim James (18:16.162)
That’s like a medium-sized dog falling out of your butt. Weight-wise. Picture that. Or a 25-pound dumbbell. Think about how heavy that’s a lot of disease-causing stuff. So this is why it’s so important to drink water, to drink things with water, herbal teas, caffeine-free teas,
Jannine Krause (18:26.696)
That’s
Tim James (18:39.382)
Not decaffeinated because decaffeinated means processed with chemicals. That’s a very big distinction. You always want to do caffeine free, not decaffeinated. and get get into things like colon colonics and colon hydro therapy and do them periodically and maybe in the beginning a lot. In the beginning a lot, because you they’ll get rid of a lot of those detox symptoms and take things like gut detox. Doing these things is like in in the water, right? It’s like, well, bread is good. Well, did you know that
Brita also clor is owned by Clorox Corporation. So they poison you and then they sell you something to maybe clean the poison up a little bit. It’s just like okay, if you believe that that’s gonna work for you at Brita Filter, I will say this. It’s better than nothing. It’s better than doing nothing. That’s fine. But you probably need a little bit better than that. I think, you know, if God made you and gave you this earth suit and don’t get stressed out about it. We live in a modern polluted world, so
Jannine Krause (19:11.517)
Did not.
Tim James (19:36.911)
Getting your water right can be one of the bigger investments that you’re gonna have to make, but it’s something your body’s mostly made of. So it’s it’s it’s a foundational element that is so critical. So if you can just at least buy a big, huge whole house carbon filter and then run it through a restructuring device like our water hero technology, now you got something really cool. You got some water that’s cleaned up, you get most of the chlorine, the chloramides out of there. if you can get a UV light on it, even better. there’s
There’s a lot of parasites and nematodes in water, as you know. And people I mean, you you c like you can d just be drinking parasites. Well, I stopped eating my sushi, so I’m you know, I’m not getting it there. But yeah, it’s could be in your water.
Jannine Krause (20:09.628)
Mm-hmm.
Jannine Krause (20:22.51)
It’s and and it’s surprisingly how much it’s in the water. And especially when, you know, unfortunately we’ve been told and and you probab you heard my podcast with Kim Rogers, like we’re told, the water’s clean, the water’s great. Don’t question everything. That’s why I talk about question everything. Question it all.
Tim James (20:36.236)
I question every w I question every water source. Just to put it into context, fifteen hundred miles research water researchers, the top water researchers went around over a decade ago. They went to the most pristine lakes, rivers, creeks, and brooks. And what they found is that all water is polluted. Period. Now, some more than others, right? But even fifteen hundred miles into the interior of places in Alaska.
They were finding in these lakes the two and two and a half inch fish are turning into hermaphrodites. They’re getting both male and female organs and why? Because the high amounts of estrogens in their bodies, their little bodies, because of microplastics. Now, how the hell does a microplastic get up into a lake? well, it’s called condensation and rain. It’s they’re so small they just bond to these little little
dew drops and stuff like that and they get in the air and stuff and they float. We talked about it last time. It’s like, where do you you buy some you got some tires, you drive, I got some new set of tires, and then a few years later you got to get a new set. Why? Because the rubber’s gone. That’s toxic. Where where’d those microscopic rubber particles go? They’re spinning at like sixty miles an hour and they’re flying up in the air and they’re floating all around. And you’re breathing them in and they’re attaching to your mucous membrane in the back of your throat and they’re going down and they’re getting in your system. This is why you get a colonic.
This is why you daily detox. Because you’re daily getting polluted. You can’t get away from this stuff. Even me, I’ve got th th you know, I’ll have when I get moved into the house here here, I’ve got two air purification systems in my work trailer on the farm right now. Two. When I go into the house, I’ll have one, two, three, four. Because it’s a bigger place. I’ll have one in each bedroom and then the main one out in the big big system. Because of molds and mycotoxins and stuff. So if if you can just as an overview
understand that yes there might be a lot to do. The most important thing is to not get overwhelmed by it in the beginning. The most important thing is like, what’s the one thing that I can take action on today, even if I don’t have money to do so that would make the biggest difference, right? Maybe it’s just, well I don’t have an air purifier, but I can crack my windows at night and start getting fresh air coming in while I sleep. That would be huge. You know? maybe I get rid of that nasty old rug that’s
Tim James (23:00.696)
full of funk and gunk and junk and who knows what else and it’s off gassing ’cause it’s made out of plastic. You know, maybe I can go outside and go for some walks. I can take my f shoes off and start grounding. You know, start start with baby steps and then build upon it.
Jannine Krause (23:14.504)
Absolutely. Absolutely. I mean, it’s definitely great, great things to think about. And and I think for a lot of people, yeah, the the overwhelm’s real right now because there’s so many voices out there saying, do this, do that, you’re doing this wrong, you’re doing that right. What’s a what’s kind of your answer in in that space with with so much conflicting information out there? What what do you have folks do when you’re coaching folks in that department?
Tim James (23:37.837)
Well, I mean the the the first thing is is like you you’re right. I I I I got some advice a long time ago and it was like pick somebody. Okay? Instead of listening to fifteen people and getting confused, listen to one person and go deep with them. Listen to all their content. And most importantly, put yourself in the captain’s chair.
Jannine Krause (23:57.629)
Yeah. Yeah.
Tim James (24:05.708)
Like this is what I teach everybody is like, look, I’m just a dude. Like I’m just trying to figure this out like you. I’m just a chapter ahead of you. You know, ’cause remember, fifteen years ago I was forty two pounds overweight, my skin was bleeding, I had eczema over, I had other health issues, acid reflux, I’m pooping blood, emergency surgery to get an organ removed. That was me. Okay. I’ve fixed all that stuff. I’ve become my own doctor. So that’s what I would say is become
Not only your own doctor, but just take a hundred percent responsibility for all areas of your life. And then you get empowered and realize that you like God made you and you exist and God doesn’t make mistakes. So if you exist, then you’re here for a purpose. What’s your purpose? Are you here to create contrast for people and be sick and and have have them look at you and say, I don’t want to be like that.
That’s a choice, or you can be healthy. And the the problem, Janine, is is like when people are sick, they’re they’re tired and they’re in pain and they don’t feel like themselves. That’s the problem. So they feel stuck. They feel stuck. So I think it’s really important to have a relationship. And this is why I’ve been doing coaching for years and and coaching myself too.
And a lot of people can’t afford it. I chart for one-on-ones, I don’t even do hardly any of them anymore. The last one-on-one, the people I take on, I took on a doctor with cancer. I’ve taken on major league baseball players, UFC Hall of Famers. Just I do random stuff like that because it helps me because I I I have an affinity for that person. I really want to help them, or maybe it’s gonna help promote my business because they have a big audience. I’m like, well, I’m just gonna help them heal themselves.
I’m not gonna do but I’m gonna show them what I did. They heal themselves and they’re gonna tell people about us and our business because we’re a small family owned business. and do that kind of stuff. I’m thinking about baby steps is coming to mind. It’s really important to go baby steps. I was talking about the coaching. So what I did was is I started a group coaching and one of my coaches told me to do this. He said you can help more people. So we started this group coaching thing off. Originally it was 197 a month.
Tim James (26:24.986)
And then I dropped it to ninety-seven and then I dropped it to thirty-seven. And then recently I decided like if people are gonna be on our products on subscription so they could save money and they know it works for them for the people that know they want it, they can get on subscription. I’m gonna give them myself my time for free. So literally, like you’re held up that bag of organic energy juice. That’s like our number one selling product, and we have people drink
you know, one or two bags a month. I pushed two bags because and I’ll explain why. ’cause that’s my cadence. but two bags on subscriptions a hundred and thirty eight bucks. But I want you to look at it like this. How much would it cost to have a coach to plug into once a week live to ask questions and to get education from? I mean, coaches, a good a good health coach is a hundred and fifty up.
You know, th and there’s lots of good ones that don’t believe in themselves yet or they don’t feel good about money, so they only charge fifty bucks an hour or seventy five bucks. And they just haven’t learned to value themselves yet. And that’s okay. But you can have me as a coach every Wednesday for a hundred and thirty eight bucks a month, and you get two bags of the juice for free basically. You can look at it that way.
Jannine Krause (27:41.522)
Yeah. Yeah.
Tim James (27:42.243)
Been doing this for seven years. We have people in the inner circ energy we call it the energy inner circle. They’ve been there coming for seven years. Like I pretty much ran or shine, I’m there. And we we talked about having you maybe come on and start doing some some spots. Dr. Treadway, our formulator, used come on once a month and do talk with the doc. And he’s he passed away, unfortunately, because he slipped and fell in that ice storm a few years ago in Texas, and then
Jannine Krause (27:52.466)
That’s awesome.
Tim James (28:09.802)
He knows all the healthy modalities and stuff, but he went in to get back surgery and he died from a routine back surgery. Just messed up. I’ve had two really good friends, David Clark, another one of them who was an ultra marathoner. routine back surgery, his legs swelled up and he died. So be careful, people.
Jannine Krause (28:26.552)
Ugh. It’s w it’s wild out there. It’s wild out there. You just never know. You just never know. And and you know, there’s so many things you could you could dive into there in terms of souls and whatnot. But but point here is, you know, like you’re saying, i a lot of folks
really have questions and and they’re looking to get those questions answered and unfortunately getting confused by listening to too many people and like you said one person hone in and and not only that this is something we we had talked about too is there’s products out there but there’s no coaching with the product on how to use it properly and how how
Tim James (28:52.674)
Yeah.
Tim James (29:02.092)
Yeah. and here’s here’s the thing too. This is very important. So when I started my journey, I like there was the doctor that ran the clinic, Dr. Brian Clement, and his doctor his wife, Dr. Anna Maria Clement, and I learned so much from them. And I I modeled that because I felt so good and I saw their health. And I learned so much and I went fanatical with him. I was listening to all his stuff forever, like two years, every morning, walking the dogs, listening to it.
And I became like this, they called me like Minnie B under like Minnie Brian, right? I even picked up some of his mannerisms because I I listened to it so much. Well, then I started to listen to this guy named Dr. Seebe. Very interesting, very into wild stuff, and I really like that. I I like nature. And then all of a sudden, and like a lot of the things Dr. Seebe was saying was exactly what Dr. Clement and his wife were saying. And then all of a sudden he said something that completely contradicted what they said. And then I’m like, now I’m like, wait a minute.
What the hell do I do? Right? Because it’s not like I believe this person, I definitely know that they got they’re doing what the best, and this guy’s not bullshitting me either. And then what I learned was is like I have to find I have to figure this stuff out for myself. This I I have to take responsibility. I have to become my own doctor. I’m going to the school and I have the I’m learning that I have to, I can’t just take everything like that Tim says or Janine says, hook, line, and sinker, and like this is the gospel.
It’s like, okay, that makes sense with me. I’m gonna try it. If it works in my life, I’ll keep it. If it doesn’t, I won’t. Okay, maybe it worked for her or him, but maybe it maybe it will work for me, maybe it won’t. But I have to have first person experience. Don’t just have all these things like Tom says this and Bill says this and Sally says this and and Sandy says that, and and you’re like, I don’t know what to do. Well, pick one and do that.
Jannine Krause (30:35.548)
Mm-hmm.
Tim James (30:54.892)
And then you’ll find out if that’s the way for for you to go. If it doesn’t, you’re now you’re one step closer to what does work. And you keep going until you find what does work. What I try to share is what’s worked for me personally and for thousands of people that I’ve seen and worked for many doctors that I’ve worked with in their patient populations. Basic fundamental stuff that’s pretty much gonna work on a carbon-based body, which is what we have. Right?
It’s everybody has their little nuances. That’s why it shouldn’t never be one size fits all medicine or one sets one size fits all nutrition. This whole carnivore to the vegan thing and everywhere in between. I don’t care what people eat. You g you do what works best for you. That should be the thing. And if a carnivore is fighting with a vegan, that’s like a black versus white, jab versus anti jab, republican versus democrat. This is all about division. So they’ve got you. Okay.
Stop dividing yourselves from your fellow man. Come together. You can sit down with somebody and they can eat carnivore and you can be a vegan and you can still love each other. There’s nothing wrong with this. And I’ve seen people flip flop and then the next week they’re yelling at the other people in their lives for eating the way they were eating two weeks ago. And that’s gonna cause stress in your body. That’s gonna stress hormones. You you’re creating a fight or flight. So anyway.
Jannine Krause (32:08.584)
Next year.
Jannine Krause (32:14.62)
What?
Tim James (32:15.682)
That was that was the whole I wanted to really get that out because it’s like if you’re listening to all these different voices, that’s fine. Like but I think it’s it can cause confusion. Go deep with somebody and then go deep with somebody else, but put things into practice in your life and see if they work. And I’m always gonna be doing the the coaching. So if you guys even if you find a tube of toothpaste on our pro our products list and you buy it every six every six months, you
We have subscribe and save that goes every six months. You could literally spend thirty four dollars a year and get me as a coach for free every week.
Jannine Krause (32:51.216)
Really? Huh. That’s awesome. That’s awesome.
Tim James (32:52.588)
Yeah. Yeah. With toothpaste that’ll heal your teeth and, you know, your gum lines.
Jannine Krause (32:58.936)
that’s I mean, that’s a hell of a deal. It’s a hell of a deal, Tim. It’s a hell of a deal. Yeah.
Tim James (33:03.174)
I just want to get in front of people and love on I they people need to be guided. When I first did this, I was like, my God, how do I do all this? It was so confusing and I I wanted to suck in all this information. I was writing everything down feverishly. It having somebody every week to plug into because as those questions come up during the week, they’re like, then you can write it down, show up to class, ask the question, get it answered, and move on.
Jannine Krause (33:25.382)
Yeah. So huge. So huge. And I think I think this is a great, you know, opportunity for for folks to really learn how to take control of their health and become their own best doctor. It’s it’s it’s a great way. And that’s obviously my big MO is always saying, you know, I heard it from somebody some years ago is like the doctor of the future is you, and that’s really kind of how I want folks to really be hearing things. So back to back to this concept. I’m gonna bring it back to this because so many people are drinking coffee.
And I have spent many years. Yeah, because we’re gonna talk about that for a second, but I really want to bring it back because I’ve talked to I’ve talked to my husband for I don’t know how many years. he will tell you that I have changed him so much over the years because of just gentle programming. but now the coffee thing, because I was like, your gut is not healthy, you know, running to the bathroom to have a blowout after you drink coffee, that’s not normal. His name’s Joel.
Tim James (33:56.928)
yeah, the coffee thing. That’s what we’re gonna talk about.
Tim James (34:22.602)
It’s Joel, right? Yeah. So I remember I listened and it’s like you guys I don’t know what podcast was it you or him and you guys started sprouting. I was so happy about that. ‘Cause I’m like the sprout master. I sprout everything. That was really cool. So now he has questions about coffee.
Jannine Krause (34:24.774)
Yes, his name is Joel.
Jannine Krause (34:34.554)
Yes, yes, yes.
Yes.
Now he’s questions about coffee because he was getting a lot of acid reflux and I was like, I think your digestive system’s having problems. And you’re drinking a lot of coffee. Like he likes it Seattle style, four shot espresso kind of style. Yep.
Tim James (34:45.325)
Mm-hmm.
Tim James (34:52.385)
Yeah.
Whoa. Okay. Yeah, I mean I saw somebody get one of those when I got a matcha when my kitchen was down for remodel. All right, so here’s the first thing is that I teach classes on how to drink coffee healthfully. I want to get that out there first before I tell you not to drink coffee a certain way. Because it depends. Okay, it depends. And the first thing.
Jannine Krause (35:02.472)
Yeah.
Tim James (35:23.754)
I I learned this a long time ago because I had a client who was a bank manager and she hired me because her friend had lost a bunch of weight that I was coaching. It was in the mortgage industry. And so I’m coaching this gal, I’m doing the intake form, and she tells me, I didn’t say nothing about coffee. I never brought it up. It wasn’t on the intake form. She goes, By the way, Tim, just so you know, don’t even think of telling me to give up my coffee. I was like, Whoa.
Jannine Krause (35:51.28)
I hear that.
Tim James (35:53.281)
I was like, where did that come from? And so I was thinking. And I was like, Did I tell you you had to give up coffee? She’s like, No, but I just want to let you know to to know, you know, that and I’m like, first off, if you say that I’m not gonna give up my something, my this, my that, that is a d that’s a sign of addiction. Okay, you have you ha you have an addiction.
Jannine Krause (36:14.68)
Mm-hmm.
Tim James (36:17.89)
Unless you have something that actually is good for you and it works, but most of the time it’s an addiction, okay? And so I’m like, I’m I’m not going to. Long story short, she drank the organic energy juice twice a day for about five months. And she called me up and she’s like, Tim, guess what? I’m like she’s I’m like what? She’s like, I’m I’m down. I think she was down like twenty eight pounds or something. I feel better, my energy’s back and I don’t drink coffee anymore.
And I’m like, really? I just I never said nothing about coffee. I mean, she scared me. I thought I was gonna get punched. And I was like, what changed? And she’s like, Well, I realized that I was drinking coffee because I was tired and I didn’t have energy. And I have lots of energy now. I have tons of energy. So I I realized I just I just don’t need it. I don’t know. My body just decided I just didn’t want it anymore. Right? I’m just like, okay.
So ’cause what ends up happening is that we are programmed since we’re little kids, our parents and everybody’s drinking coffee, it’s on the movies, it’s on the T V. If you want energy, what do you go get? Coffee. It’s one of the biggest drugs in the United States. I mean, there’s lines people will s set there and and sit there and burn through now five, six dollar a gallon gasoline waiting to pay thirty two dollars a gallon for coffee.
Add the math up. You’re Fripa Wappa Chino or whatever it is, right? Quad double mocha. We I mean I I I got into that phase, okay? So it’s not like I wasn’t one of you that’s listening. Okay. I became one of you because my assistant, she’s like, Let me just get you a coffee, Tim. And I was like, I go, it’s it’s hot out. She’s like, they have iced coffees. And I’m like, ooh, ice sounds good. I don’t even drink coffee. I didn’t drink it.
Jannine Krause (37:58.163)
Mm-hmm.
Tim James (38:10.444)
I just never drank coffee. I think it’s because my mom and dad drink it all the time and I just I don’t know. I they drink it black and I was just like when I was a kid I tasted it and I just I just didn’t do it. I had plenty of energy anyway. I was the kid the spaz in town. Probably because they had me on sugar, right? I was on sugar. And and so like I d there’s all this so I get this iced coffee and it was just coffee. It was probably three shots of coffee. It was one those g vente ones, big ones, and half and half.
Like probably the one of the worst combinations you could eat. And I’m like, God, this is good. And then all of a sudden Starbucks started saying, Hey, come back and we’ll give you $2 off this afternoon. So Sherry, the guy that worked with me, she started going back and she was just like a coffee fiend. Now she’s like getting two coffees a day. And then so I’m like, get me another one too, you know? And so I’m drinking these coffees down and I’m getting more and more dehydrated. And I’m like, I can’t figure it out. I’m like, how’s this even possible? I’m drinking all this liquid.
Jannine Krause (39:04.4)
Mm-hmm.
Tim James (39:10.594)
But I’m feeling dehydrated because I was still playing baseball at the time. And I’m then I’m like drinking Gatorade, which is like poison. I didn’t know it at the time. And I’m just like dehydrated all the time. Couldn’t figure it out. And so I then I’m like, I found out a little bit about coffee having mold in it. And then I’m like, whoop, I stopped doing Starbucks. Even before I this was before I got into the health stuff. So I went to Hawaii every year and I started getting coffee from Kona.
My own little beans from this little private roastery and it was organically grown. And I started grinding my own beans and I bought a French press and me and my wife and then I thought I was so cool ’cause I got so you know organic soy milk. And I thought I was, you know, I didn’t know I was giving myself estrogen mimickers. And then it had xanthem gum in it, which was eating my intestinal lining. Xanthem gum and gel and gum. Guar gum’s good. Xanthem gum and gelum gum are not. They eat your intestinal lining. Kind of like glyphosate but different mechanism. Anyway.
and I’m enjoying this stuff. And then I switched my lifestyle. And I started with the wheatgrass shots and the green juices. And and then it was it was fight night. So me and my wife were gonna make coffee. We don’t go out and booze it up anymore. So us being bad was making coffee at midnight and watching MMA. And so we’re sitting there and I’m and I made the coffee. I mean it’s delicious. I have the beans, the French press, the soy milk, and it’s just like I it’s gonna be in honey and it’s gonna be amazing. And I make this thing and I drank it and I’m like
It tasted like burnt dirt. And I’m like, what the hell? And I’m like, she’s like, what’s going on? I’m like, I screwed it up. She’s like, what do you mean? It the fight’s gonna start. And I’m like, Well, taste it. She’s Mm, it’s yummy. What are you talking about? And she takes off. And I’m like, What? I go, It tastes the same to you. She’s Yeah, and I was like She wasn’t on the program yet. So what I realized was is that my taste buds were hijacked from these things. So as I started cleaning up my body and I started putting more this purified water in my body.
drinking these wheatgrass shots, these green juices twice a day, getting off of processed foods, my body started changing. I was tongue scraping and my taste buds changed. And so foods that I didn’t like started tasting good and the foods that I did like started tasting bad. I started eating things like, I can’t eat that anymore. I just cut I just didn’t want it. So it wasn’t like I had to force myself through discipline to stop eating this stuff. My body was just like gross. I don’t want it. It was like kinda easy. And then
Tim James (41:33.571)
You a month later I’d see that food again. I’m like, I want that food. You know, I I I’ve got years of I want that food in me. And I’m like, I felt like I want that food. And I eat it and either I didn’t like it, I spit it out, or I just I’d eat it and I’d feel like crap. And then I just I’m not eating that again. What what was I doing? I already knew this. I’m just I just kind of moved on. And this is what happened with that lady. She had just moved on. Okay. So for about sixty percent of you, if you want to take on the organic energy juice challenge
You drink it in the morning and you drink it in the afternoon. And what you’re what you’re gonna do is you’re gonna you’re if you’re struggling with low energy, you do this, you won’t. Okay. There’s about three to four pounds of highly concentrated vegetable nutrition per one tablespoon. So it’s one tablespoon in the morning with some water, shake it up, drink it, tastes like apple juice, doesn’t taste like greens at all. Little kids love it.
Jannine Krause (42:26.344)
Yeah.
Tim James (42:28.706)
They they will fight. If you give it to a kid and they start drinking it, you try to take it away from they’re gonna yell at give me that back. And so how many moms have tried to get their kids or grandkids to get vegetables in? It it’s it’s no longer not impossible. It’s super easy now. Like it’s easy. Now, for those of you that have not polluted your kids or grandkids, we have the original flavor. Okay, they’re gonna like that better. But ninety percent of people are gonna like we’ve beta tested it on like four
Jannine Krause (42:39.826)
Yeah, it’s
Tim James (42:55.874)
Like 4,000 people. Tastes amazing. So what’s going to happen is the average person drinks about a quart of water a day. So now you’re going to be drinking this in the morning on an empty stomach and then about a half an hour to an hour before dinner. So we have people set alarms on your phone, drink OEJ, organic energy juice, drink OEJ and twice a day. And and and it’ll program you to do it. Now what’s going to happen is you’re going to up your water intake because you’re going to about triple it.
Okay, because you’re only drink now you’re drinking about three quarts of water. So that’s huge for the detoxification processes for defecation, urination, perspiration, respiration, and for women the extra pathway, menstruation. I think that’s why women live longer, by the way. It’s my theory. makes sense, right? All the pollution we have today. Lucky ladies. So lucky, you get the special detox pathway. I don’t get that. that’s why I saw every day.
Jannine Krause (43:39.784)
Yeah.
Tim James (43:50.509)
That’s my that’s my menstruation. I have a daily ministr through my re and my farm for ed sauna. It’s awesome. and so you do this, and what’ll end up happening is your taste buds will change. and and within about 60% of you without even trying will be off a coffee. Now, for those of you that say, I want coffee, okay, here’s how you do it. Here’s the here’s kind of the guidelines that we’ve discovered that work is that first thing in the morning, you don’t drink coffee.
You have to wait 90 minutes after you wake before you drink your coffee because it’s just too much stimulation. Okay. Now, just as a baseline, and I’m still gonna say this: coffee does not give you energy. Okay? You might think it does. Coffee does not give you energy. It blocks a pathway of tiredness, is what it does. Okay. It’s just blocking a pathway.
It’s like some hormone, I can’t remember what it was, but I’m actually I’m gonna rewrite an ebook on it just so I can remember everything and have it and send it to people. And so anyway, and so you wait 90 minutes and then you have your coffee. Now when you have it, you want to make sure it’s number one, no no chemicals. The only way to make sure it’s no chemicals is you have to find a company that has third party independent testing.
Don’t just believe the label. You have to actually see it. They should post it on the website and it should be up to date for those batches. Period. If it doesn’t, you don’t want to get it. there’s some companies out there that do have that. I think like Life Boost, there’s there’s some companies out there that you can get it. It has to be shade grown. This is how coffee grows naturally. otherwise, they’re just clear-cutting the Amazon forest and planting coffee beans out in the sun. It’s growing. And, you know, with all the sprays and then the coffee gets moldy because
Coffee is very sensitive to humidity from the time it’s harvested, dried, packaged, and shipped. That humidity percentage has to be really good. It’s the same thing like when they’re building a home. Some people are just building homes and it’s getting rained on. You if you frame that house in and the humidity is over like twelve, fourteen percent of the boards, you’re gonna have mold. Right? So you how many homes are built framed up in the rain? A lot.
Jannine Krause (46:05.853)
Well.
Jannine Krause (46:09.478)
Yeah.
Tim James (46:10.988)
How many people have mold in their house? Nine out of ten. How much coffee beans are the are the humidities off during the the whole processing? A lot. How many of you have mold in your coffee and you’re into your body? And then yeah, a lot. Okay. So organic, no chemicals, third party testing and for mold to eliminate that stuff. and then and then and then and then make your coffee, okay? But even though if you get the beans and you grind them yourself,
The processing is still gonna be pulling out something called L-theanine. And this is this is a big one because L-theanine is the buffer. Now, it’s in green tea and matcha, it’s in there. So it’s buffered. So what does it do? Well the L-theanine protects the myelin sheath on like nerve endings and stuff, right? So if you look at we’re electrical people, if you get hooked up to an EKG, it’s gonna go beep, beep.
That’s an electrical impulse. We are electrical light beings, literally. So the EKG proves it. And there you go. Alright, so we’re electric and we have this nervous system running on electric. And so if the nervous system is coated with myelin sheath, myelon sheath is like, let’s say you had a copper wire in the electrical grid, and it’s got the the rubber around it. That’s the sheath. Could you imagine if the
sheath comes off that copper wire and you touch that wire, what’s gonna happen? Zz you’re gonna get zapped. You’re gonna have a what’s called a live wire. When you drink coffee without L theanine, you’re creating live wires. You’re eating the myelin sheath off of the nerve endings and you’re exposing it. And that’s why in the beginning when you used to drink coffee or you drink a quad shot in in Seattle, you’re gonna have like jitters. Okay. And now what’s the punchline? That leads to memory loss, Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Jannine Krause (47:58.993)
Mm-hmm.
Tim James (48:05.622)
And if you don’t believe me, go ask your mom and dad with Alzheimer’s memory loss and dementia. They’re not going to be able to remember, but they drank a lot of coffee during their life. It was a contributing factor with coffee and then the sugar, which a lot of times we put in the coffee. And and don’t kid yourself, most of you are not drinking coffee in the morning, you’re having dessert because it’s got a bunch of crap in it. And it’s just dessert. It’s all it is. It’s just bunch of sugar. It’s like having a pop pop can of pop or something.
Jannine Krause (48:26.056)
True. True.
Tim James (48:35.03)
And aluminum cookware. So these are the things we get people off of that have Alzheimer’s dementia. Aluminum cookware, drinking out of aluminum, plastics, aluminum cookware, yeah, cook aluminum cookware, sugar and and crappy coffee. We get on organic energy juice. So what we would recommend you do is you have the organic energy juice first in the morning, wait ninety minutes.
Drink the good coffee that I just went through. Put the L-theanine drops in there. So you gotta go buy L-theanine. Make sure there’s no natural flavors or any weird crap in it. We’re gonna talk about that in minute. And then, and then don’t have any coffee afternoon because for a lot of you that can screw up your sleep. And we guard sleep like it’s it’s so cherished over here. This is a big thing. We’re gonna get you to guard your sleep and and and I’m I have a
little thing on my phone that’s gonna go tonight and it says nine o’clock. It says good sleep is a choice. That thing buzzes, I’m like electric off and I start going into lights dim. I’m starting to prepare my circadian rhythms to get into a deep sleep. I want my mel melatonin to start and that that daisy chain of hormones to start cascading me into a deep restful sleep.
Jannine Krause (49:48.092)
Makes sense. Makes sense. Alright, natural flavors and L-thenine. Just tell us more.
Tim James (49:56.483)
Well, I’m just saying like supplements like you last time I was wearing Love When You Poop shirt, remember? And now now I’m wearing the ingredients matter shirt. All right. And I told this story before and I’ll tell it again because you have probably a bazillion new listeners. All right. Eighty five percent of the supplements in the market are made by the pharmaceutical companies. Let me repeat that. Eighty five percent of the supplements that
Jannine Krause (50:03.058)
That’s always a good shirt.
Tim James (50:25.58)
you’re purchasing in the grocery stores are made by pharmaceutical companies. 92% of the supplements on and there’s all synthetic. 92% of the supplements on the market are pure synthetics. Eight percent roughly are whole food or food based. Now, since the last recording five years ago, I’ve learned something else. Now the 8% that are whole food or food based are also mixed, not just with the other ingredients that can be toxic, but with other
just regular ingredients in the in the blends. So you might say, you might listen to a podcast and go, my God, chaga mushrooms and lion’s mane and and Rishi mushrooms are amazing. And they are if you get good quality sources and they’re harvested properly and putting in all this stuff. but they they might have just put that in the formula because you see it and now you know you want it, but then they have something else. So it might be like this complex
multivitamin with mushroom blend. And you’re like, right there. Chagarishi, Mataki, Shiitake. I’m gonna feel so good. And then you go over and look at some of the other ingredients. And like vitamin C is the easiest one. You look at it and it says vitamin C. And then parentheses behind it, ascorbic acid. That’s a synthetic made in a laboratory. It’s very cheap. And they put it in there because in Western medicine and
They they it’s the same as nature. No, it’s not. It’s the it’s the shadow of what it co it doesn’t come with all the cofactors and all the bioflavonoids and all these other things. You’re just they they’re doing it ’cause they can patent these things. It’s a very cheap deal. Because it would cost more for that supplement if you actually in parentheses behind it said from the omelberry, my favorite, or from the Arceola cherry, or from the camu camu berry, or from rose hips. So that’s how you can tell if it’s a f whole food form.
in parentheses behind it, it should list out actually where it came from. It came from the root, aerial parts, the flour, wherever. Okay. So that’s it. So you want to make sure that there’s that the all the ingredients are whole food. Just like the food you eat. Stay out of the grocery stores. We’ll get there in a second. And then and then then you have to look at the other ingredients because other ingredients are still what? They’re still ingredients. So in comes the brownie story. I love telling this story.
Tim James (52:47.598)
It’s so awesome. So, Janine, you guys probably didn’t know this, but this is a fictional story. But Janine Krause, naturopathic doctor, is also a top baker. She has the state. Now, what state are you in? Wisconsin? Okay. She’s not making cheese, people. She is making brownies. And she just won the county fair. Now she’s going to the state fair. She’s sitting down there.
Jannine Krause (53:02.6)
Wisconsin.
Tim James (53:14.07)
She’s making another batch of a brownies practicing. And her daughter walks in with her friend. They’re 16 years old. And they’re so pumped and excited. There’s a new movie in town. And guess what? She tells her mom, hey mom, we’re gonna go to this movie. It’s amazing. Everybody in town’s going, and that’s all the buzz. And what does Janine say? What’s it rated? Well, I knew you were gonna ask. It’s rated R. But mom, well, you know you can’t go. And she’s like, But mom, everybody’s going.
And and I I know all about the movie. There’s only one scene. There’s like one cuss word. It’s not even a bad one. And there’s this one scene where this guy, it’s like brief nudity. He he just walks by the screen as he’s going to the bathroom and you see like half a butt cheek. And that’s all it is, mom. I’ve seen dad a hundred times. And my brother. Okay. And then you she’s like, you know what? Janine’s like, all right, you guys can go.
And the girls look at each other and they can’t believe because Janine is she never budges on this stuff, right? Because she’s a good mom. She’s not gonna subject her daughter to a rated R movie. She loves her. And so she says, Okay, but there’s one condition. And then the girl’s like, I knew it, I knew it, mom. You’re not gonna let me go. And she’s like, No, no, I you ha you both have to eat a brownie before you go. And they look at each other and like, my god, okay. Cause they want to eat your brownies anyway, because you just w you’re going to state, baby. You have the best brownies in the whole county. You just won the county fair.
And so they’re just ready to take a bite of that brownie. And then you’re like, but wait a minute, just so you know, these brownies are a little bit different. This is this recipe is just it’s the same recipe that I won county with, but I’m trying to make it better for state. And I added just one ingredient and not much. It’s a teeny tiny bit, not much, just a little teeny bit. You won’t even notice it. You can’t taste it, you can’t see it. Just a little teeny tiny bit of cat poop. And the girls are like
gross and they throw the brownies down and they’re and you’re you’re like, Well, aren’t you gonna eat them? And they’re like, No, it’s disgusting. Why would you do that? and it’s and and you’re like, Well, this this is exactly the reason why you’re not gonna go to that movie. Cause even though there’s only a teeny tiny bit of cuss words and nudity in there, it has tainted the entire video. And this is not something that a sixteen year old needs to be exposed to. Okay? End of story. And for me, there is nothing more sacred than
Tim James (55:30.722)
Then maybe birth or death, besides putting something in your mouth. All right. This is a sacred act. This is penetration. And if somebody is putting something inside of you unknowingly, it’s like getting raped in the middle of the night. But we’re paying for it and we don’t even think about it. And so we’re buying products that have things that are destroying our health. These other ingredients like magnesium sterate, silicon dioxide, di calcium phosphate.
are not good. Magnesium sterate actually blocks absorption of nutrients. Why would you do put that in your formula if you’re trying to get nutrients into people? Now most of these formulas it’s probably good that it’s blocking them because they’re synthetic, right? But where did the magnesium come from? Remember, ingredients matter. If it says bovine it could have come from diseased cowhides or cows that were fed GMO corn or GMO soy. We don’t know. How do you if you call them and found out, good luck. I’ve done this work in the beginning. I just don’t buy it now.
It should just be a vegetable capsule. You know, many of these things are called binders, fillers, and flow agents. So a lot of these encapsulation companies, you can have the best formula. Let’s say I have a great formula. I send it up to a company to do my encapsulation, and they’re going to use these flow agents so that the raw materials won’t stick in the machines for speed of production. So they can bottle and fill as many as they can because it’s business. And so what we’ve done is like instead of using something like that.
We we either don’t use it or we use something like non GMO rice holes, which is a prebiotic fiber, which acts as the flow agent and it also feeds your gut microbiome. So it’s a food. It’s like a food. So it’s like a supplement in a supplement. So when you take our stuff, you’re actually getting like something good, right? And you don’t even know it. You don’t know you’re getting prebiotics. I need to start putting that on my formula. It’s like almost everyone that if you see non GMO rice flour, that’s good.
Jannine Krause (57:06.792)
Mm-hmm.
Tim James (57:23.81)
That’s good. You’re actually getting prebiotic. Okay. So we teach people how to read labels. This is why it’s important to have a coach. That’s why I coach every Wednesday. Is so people can learn these things. Because like one podcast for an hour or two, you can get some downloads. That’s great. But questions are going to come up. So the ingredients and supplements is very important. You need to know how to read them. We do that and we teach you that in the coaching. We’ll teach you anything that we can that we’ve learned over the last fifteen years. so that you can, you know.
Be your own doctor and learn to self-heal. And we’re and then, like I said, don’t take my word for it. You have to have first-person experience. So back to the coffee. The challenge is you drink the juice in the morning and at night and do it for 90 days. And you can come to the coaching as much as you want. It’s free with subscription. And we’ll just see how we’ll see how it goes with your with your coffee addiction. And it’s and there’s nothing wrong with it. If you want to have a cup of coffee and you’re healthful,
And you you do it and you do it within those guidelines, like I said, and drink your coffee. I we have lots of clients that do it.
Jannine Krause (58:29.064)
Gotcha. Gotcha. Well
Tim James (58:30.466)
Just do it safe, do it safe, be safe.
Jannine Krause (58:33.084)
Be safe with your coffee. I’ll make sure we run my husband through the 90 days and we have him report back and talk about how things went down and if he really wants coffee again after 90 days, because we’ve had that conversation. He I don’t think he’s gonna want to.
Tim James (58:43.736)
Yeah.
Yeah. Well, you’re gonna feel better. I just said 90 days because it’s shorter, but like I said, sixty percent of people are off coffee in six months. So if you want to do the six month coffee challenge, if you want to get off a coffee, give it at least six months. but what’s gonna happen is you’re gonna have a lot more energy. And then I would say let’s start stacking some other things too. Let’s start going for walks. You’re gonna have this newfound energy. you can start doing other things with it.
Jannine Krause (59:12.04)
Let’s talk about this sauna business because you were saying like if someone’s gonna coach with you on at least one-on-one, you’re like, you need to have a sauna. So let’s talk about getting the stuff of the cells.
Tim James (59:20.716)
Yeah, I won’t I won’t even I won’t take on a client without one on one coaching, private, not the group stuff, without unless they get a sauna. And almost every coaching call, I’m group coach, I’m like, d if you haven’t got your sauna yet, many of my students are actually taking saunas while I’m talking. And sometimes I make them show screen and they’re in it zipped up or their daughter’s in it, their ten year old daughter’s getting a sauna. which is very cool. Okay, so what’s the big deal about far
Infrared saunas. I’m being very clear here, very specific. There’s lots of different spectrums of light. Far infrared. Number one, the vibrational frequency of water in nature is what?
Jannine Krause (01:00:04.924)
Water and nature frequency. I don’t even know. I don’t even know. I know light, eight hundred and C. Yeah. Yeah.
Tim James (01:00:09.07)
there you go. Yeah. It’s light. Yeah, it’s light. There’s a frequency. It’s like UV light. Okay. So it it’s it’s it’s really really amazing because it just just it’s like this loving light energy. Okay. And what ends up happening is is that when you get into a far infrared sauna, it charges your cells.
Jannine Krause (01:00:14.984)
Okay, okay. That’s the same.
Tim James (01:00:33.75)
And so they vibrate. And when things vibrate with energy, they actually I what is going on is the cells get smaller and they shrink. So what’s happening to a lot of people is the the veins and especially the capillaries have become dormant because of pollution and processed foods and you know all the crap. So blood flow is not getting out of those capillaries. Capillaries are usually like one blood cell at a time can go in and go out. So they then the blood is taking nutrients to like extremities in the skin.
And also deep into the organ systems. And it also has the ability to remove waste and pull inflammation out. So this is why, like if you want beautiful skin, ladies, like you want to have a beautiful gut and you want to make sure all those capillaries are flowing. So the capillaries dilate. This is my theory. And the s red blood cells get smaller. So now they can get into these dormant places and start bringing nutrition and pulling inflammation out towards the skin and deeper into the organ systems, right? That gut detox formula also long term.
cleans up the organ systems. It cleans up the gut, the impact of stuff, and it works into the organ systems too. So that’s kind of nice. And you should be drinking that with water or the the green juice. All right. So you take a sauna and you are going to be dilating capillaries, putting the red blood cells down there with more nutrition, and you’re going to start improving flow on a micro level. And the culmination of that is your skin’s going to look better. It’s going to be healthier
Like you’re gonna have less age spots. In fact, you’ll see some of those go away. You’ll see other skin conditions go away. the other thing is is that it raises core temperature. there was this guy named Hippocrates, I don’t know, maybe you guys have heard of him. He said, Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food. He also said, He who is not or she he or she who is not his own doctor is a fool. So that’s what we’re trying to tell you today. Is like
You have the power, become your own doctor. Make a declaration today that you’re going to become your own doctor. Then you can just start studying and taking action and trying things to work for you. But Hippocrates also said, Give me the power to create fever and I will cure all disease. So when you get a flu, what happens? Your body creates a fever. Your body says, Stop eating. So all that energy from digestion will go into healing instead of processing food. And it creates a fever, which will destroy cells.
Jannine Krause (01:02:47.878)
Yeah.
Tim James (01:03:01.218)
That rogue sells that you don’t want. When you take a sauna, you’re creating an artificial fever. I’ve been I was a sauna dealer at when we talked last time, when I was on the show for nine years. Now it’s been like 12 years I’ve been a dealer. Right about then I switched over to these saunas. And why I switched was because many reasons, but it was just it was more effective. These saunas have the ability to raise your core temperature higher than the other ones. It’s just that simple. Okay.
They have a different technology. they’re made with processors rather than like some type of there’s like there’s there’s different one different panels that make far infrared. and they’re very small, right? So here’s the benefits. The unit is very small, it weighs 32 pounds, you could take it with you. It’s about the size of a stove. It can be put away and put under a bed in five minutes if you needed to, if you’re living in a tight spot. and it’s got this thing that’s this
cover that’s lined with silver threads. So the silver threads actually refract not only the processors much better, but then the sil the the the fire infrared light is refracted back into you over and over again. So it becomes this like this light box. And it can come it can also get hot in there as well. But we’re not talking about ambient temperature, the temperature around you. That’s not really the key. The key is that you want your core temperature to be heated up.
Your oil-based organs like your liver and your gallbladder, you want them to be heated up internally. And a lot of people know that people with heart issues can’t go into hot tubs. It’s you can die, right? You people are actually with heart heart issues will start healing up in these saunas because they’re heating up from the inside out and balancing that temperature throughout the body. They have heart rate variability tests on these saunas. They’re amazing. So
Far infrared saunas are gonna good ones are gonna raise your core temperature about a degree to a degree and a half. That’s awesome. Give me the power to create fever and I will cure all disease. You’re your own doctor now. This sauna will in twenty five minutes will raise your core temperature three point two degrees. So instead of taking thirty minutes to forty five minutes to heat up, which most of them do depending on the temperature, especially if it’s in a garage, these are gonna be you’ll be sweating in like five to eight minutes. And in twenty five minutes, you’re gonna be like, Whew. Now, for those of you that have maybe four
Tim James (01:05:23.541)
stage four glioblastoma brain cancers and stuff like that, one hour in this sonic and raise your core temperature four point two degrees. And if you get too hot, you can just unzip the thing a little bit and let some of that ambient, that air around you out, the heat, and you can use that as your thermostat to keep it out. Because remember, it’s not really about that heat around you. It’s about your core temperature. And these light rays are going to penetrate you deep and be raising your core temperature. So you’re going to
Charge the water in your body. You’re gonna be destroying things like harmful organisms, right? Any viruses or stuff like that that you’ve picked up, garbage, just like having a a fever from a flu every day. You’re gonna increase your vascularity, the blood flow to extremities and capillaries, inflammation reduction, big time. And people will get in these things, Janine, and within you know twenty five minutes.
fifty to a hundred percent of your joint pain will be gone.
Jannine Krause (01:06:28.23)
That’s crazy. Ain’t cool.
Tim James (01:06:30.605)
And I and I’ve I’ve experienced it. I mean I’ve ex I’ve I’ve experienced these things. I’ve been around these things for years. I’ve had Phil Wilson on my show like three times now. It was episode sixty-one, two sixty one, and then I can’t remember the last one. And or one fifty one. Sixty one, one sixty one, and I can’t remember what the last one was. It’s amazing stuff, right? And so detoxification daily, we live in a polluted world. and the biggest one ever. I tell people this all the time.
You can detox, you can drink organic energy juice, you can take parasite detoxes, you can paint your house with non toxic paint, you do all these things. If you don’t learn how to reduce stress and respond differently to stressors, you are not going to heal. Period. It’s not gonna work because you’re creating you’re creating all this poor chemistry, all this adrenal fatigue, adrenaline, cortisol spiking.
If you don’t run or fight something and burn through that stuff, it turns into a toxic soup. It will destroy your health. So what’s cool about this sauna is have you ever done a 90 minute hot yoga class? Do you know how stressed you are some days and you go into that class and afterwards the stress is gone. It’s gone. Okay, 25 minutes in that sauna. I got one I’m looking at it right now. Twenty five minutes in that sauna is like a a frickin’ 90 minute hot yoga class.
Jannine Krause (01:07:36.018)
Yes. Yes.
Jannine Krause (01:07:43.324)
Yeah, you’re a noodle.
Tim James (01:07:55.53)
It it will grab you by the back of the neck and it will read it will relax your nervous system, like it or not. And I hope you like it. So for those of you that have stressed out lives and you don’t know how to meditate or whatever, hop in that sauna, turn it on, and 25 minutes later, the stress is gone. I should I should coin that phrase for those guys. Turn it on and the stress is gone.
Jannine Krause (01:08:15.505)
Nice.
Jannine Krause (01:08:20.786)
There you go.
Tim James (01:08:21.143)
And and then you can if you wanna do some meditation, you wanna read a book, you wanna watch a a funny movie to for your immune system, you just want some peace and quiet, stick your head under and zip it up and hide, nobody will be able to know you’re in there. You can hide from the kids and the and your husband.
Jannine Krause (01:08:36.565)
I love it. Sometimes sometimes that is a good stress reliever right there. Sometimes you just need to hide.
Tim James (01:08:40.779)
Sacred time, baby. It’s your sacred time and you deserve it.
Jannine Krause (01:08:44.22)
Love it. I love it. I mean the stress conversation is such a big thing and it’s it’s something that everyone knows they need to do and I think it is like a lot of people are like, I just don’t know how to manage it and one of the biggest things and you’ve talked about it is is energy, you know, how we vibrate, things of that nature too and and just all the things that you do to to help improve your health is gonna help. But at the end of the day
Tim James (01:09:02.148)
Yeah.
Jannine Krause (01:09:08.754)
Collectively if we can all, you know, start working on our stress I think we’ll raise the vibe of the universe a little bit better.
Tim James (01:09:14.115)
Yeah, it’s it’s it’s huge. And I will say this is it I it doesn’t matter what your health issue is or anything. I don’t care. I know riding shotgun next to that is low energy. I know it. I know it. So our our main goal over here is if if you’re struggling with low energy, like we get that. Like that’s my main focus. That’s why we created organic energy juice. So you can have natural energy all day and you’ll never struggle with that low energy again. That’s it.
And then we we come to the coaching calls every week and we work on stress and we work on all this other stuff and sprouting and how to get your pots and pans cleaned up and how to repaint the baby room without killing your baby with toxic paints and you know what you feed your dogs and I mean w we got a lot and I’ve learned a lot of things because there’s chemicals and everything and I read every ingredient, right? And nowadays it’s it’s even bad because we’re talking about like the supplement industry, they can just tell you.
They can take a synthetic, f force feed it to a yeast, and now it’s no longer a synthetic and they can put that in there and they don’t even have to label it that way. So it’s like it’s so diabolical and weird, but so the big takeaway here is do not go into grocery stores.
Jannine Krause (01:10:27.272)
They smell funny anyway. Did you do you notice there’s a weird some like chemical smell when you walk into?
Tim James (01:10:33.433)
That’s from the that’s that’s well it’s there they’re actually some of them actually spray chemicals on your organic produce, there’s a tube going up on top and there’s like a chemical thing to make there’s to look fresher and stuff. And then you go down the tide aisle with all the that stuff and glad or glade you know, kill fresheners, or whatever you call and it’s like I actually I have a post on my Instagram was like Will Farrell’s like,
Save the children! And that one got like 400,000 views and because it was like and it was like a little caption that says me, you know, going down the detergent aisle in the in the grocery store, you know. I I just I don’t even like grocery stores. Like I I’m just telling you, if I go into a grocery store, there is less than probably one half of one percent of the stuff that’s in there that I would put in my body. That’s why I’m just my social media gal that I had a while back, she’s like, Tim, I need you to go into the grocery store and film all this stuff and start going through
Jannine Krause (01:11:11.472)
It’s it’s
Tim James (01:11:30.071)
I the ingredients I said I I was doing this like fifteen years ago with classes. I was taking twenty people at a time to grocery stores and showing all this. It’s you know what’s easier now? Just I just need to stand outside the grocery store and say, do not go in there. Don’t go in there. It just don’t go. Like go to your farmer’s market, go to your friend’s house, start growing gardens, start microgreens in your home, start growing basil and and and rosemary and and these things in pot plants. Start
Get involved in what’s called community supported agriculture or CSAs. You can go with these people in your local area and and and you’ll like, almonds at the store are nineteen dollars a pound. And then you can go get raw organic almonds for five dollars a pound in bulk and you get a fifty pound bag of them, right? They’ll last you for a long time. You store and and then you go the all these people put their money together, they place these big bulk orders, they save tons of money, and they have it drop shipped at somebody’s garage and you go over and pick up. Community supported agriculture.
You know, that’s what you do. Farmers markets. Ask the farmers if they’re spraying chemicals or not. Grow your own sprouts. Start a garden. This is this is important. Go out and do wild foraging. There’s a lot of stuff out in the wild that’s good. Huckleberries, it’s it’s fall right now, fruits coming on. I can’t tell you how many trees I go up to somebody’s house and I’m like, Hey, do you spray any chemicals on your yard at all? Any roundup and that stuff? They’re like, No, okay. Well, you have a apricot tree down there and can I
Have some of those apricots? They’re like, my God, you take all. They just make a mess.
Jannine Krause (01:13:05.222)
Yeah. Yeah.
Tim James (01:13:06.637)
And I’m like, and now they’re gonna go get and spend their five dollar night five dollar a gallon gasoline to go drive to the the poison grocery store and kill themselves and pick up their DePens undergarments.
Jannine Krause (01:13:18.898)
God. Did you see have you seen the depends labels lately? There there are pictures of people our age on there. Like the the photos of the depends. I mean like I mean this it was like this young guy, he had to have been like his thirties and like you know, we’re like, are you kidding me right now? my god.
Tim James (01:13:27.341)
yeah, it’s it’s trendy.
Tim James (01:13:37.046)
It could be a little bit just marketing, but but it you know I actually I had a kid come to one of my classes when I was teaching out of my home and he was seventeen and he had colitis and he was on the bathroom like fifty times in the morning before he had to go to school. And sometimes he couldn’t even get to school. He wasn’t and I was like he wasn’t failing ’cause he wasn’t bright, he was failing ’cause he would in the middle of class he just get up and I go and the teachers were getting mad at him and he and he’s gotta go.
And then I was well, well, let me see what you what do you what do you eat before you go to bed? And he’s like, I have a bowl of Cheerios, you know, like two bowls of Cheerios. And I’m just like, well, pfft, no wonder you got poop problems. Poison and poison milk. And I’m like, Are you a cow? And he’s like, What are you talking about? I go, You said you’re I said you’re drinking cow’s milk, right? Yeah. Well, you’re a human. Why would you drink milk from another species? He’s like, huh? He’s like, You’re weird. And I’m like, No, you’re pooping 50 times a day. That’s weird.
I said I used to poop blood. Now I don’t. I used to drink cow’s milk from another species. Now I don’t. Now I know there’s gonna be people out there yelling at me, I have raw milk and all that’s that’s fine. If it works for you, great. But I’m just I like to use common sense and I was like, have you tried not having it? Maybe it was the store bought stuff full of hormones and pus. Yeah, the raw milk is gonna be better for you, but have you tried not having it? Have you tried sprouted walnut milk?
Where you soak the nut, you know, and then dry it and then grind it and then make it my god, it’s so good. And so, yeah. I can talk about this stuff all day long. I freaking love getting healthy. And I love sharing it with people. So I wanna I wanna help people. If you’re struggling out there, I want to help you. Let me coach you. You can get me pretty much free as a coach. Throw some products in the mix.
Jannine Krause (01:15:29.906)
I love it. I love it. I love the mission. And we need we need all the help we can get. Definitely need all the help we can get because yeah, so many people, gut issues, skin issues, and and people are just getting sicker. And you know, we’ve got this idea right now that we can add hormones to anything and you’re gonna be magically better, and that is so not the case. Same thing goes with the GLPs and all the other stuff. It’s you gotta get the foundations right. Gotta get the foundations right, people.
Tim James (01:15:56.932)
Hmm. GLP. Good lord, people.
Stop buying into this crap. You are created.
Jannine Krause (01:16:06.44)
Yeah, yeah.
Tim James (01:16:11.875)
By your by your by your creator, whatever that is for you, and your body’s from nature. Water’s from the planet, you’re mostly made of it. You have minerals in your bones that are in the soil, and the microbiome, the gut and the bacteria in your gut are the same ones that are in the microbiome and the gut of the plants, which is the soil. You came from this earth, you will hopefully return to this earth.
They they’re gonna try hard to not let you do that because they’re gonna embalm you. They’re gonna put you in a casket, they’re gonna put you in a concrete thing and su and that the ca it’s it’s gonna take a while. But you are from the earth. Okay. You are from the earth. And so usually the reason why we’re suffering is the disconnection from earth. So if you can just like I said, get your feet naked, get out there and touch the earth, get around the dirt, breathe the dirt, go to the beach, go to the f go to the mountains.
