On my podcast this week I interviewed Eric Edmeads the co-author of Postdiabetic and the creator of the weight loss program Wildfit.

The drug dealer voice “hey man just one bite won’t kill you”.
And the angel “but we’ve been so good – a moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips”.
Or the teenager “aw come on it’s just one doughnut”.
He got me thinking about mine…
We’ll call her Midge – “You’ve lost a few pounds you can eat an extra cookie”.
“You haven’t eaten much all day it’s ok”.
The angel “honey, you know what one bite leads to…”
My worst personality is the bread lady “it’s hot and fresh, the butter will melt so nice…”
And the cheese lady “you haven’t had this in so long – you deserve it!”
The cheese and bread ladies messed with my cholesterol – I’m working on them!
