I’m no stranger to this. 

Weight loss work was difficult for me because my weight used to be an issue for me.  

Note: “used to be.” 

Implying… I’m not identifying with having issues in this department anymore. 

It’s in the past. 

I tied my weight to my worthiness for landing “Mr. Right” in my 20’s just as much as I hooked it to my self confidence.

After a few years dabbling in mindset work I realized I’d tied up my entire self worth to how my body looked and the scale. 

Gross.

What’s worse – I realized I kept telling myself a story about how weight loss was hard – for me…

psycho-babble on having a slow metabolism was a daily thingand believing that I was going to gain weight like my Mom was burnt in my mind. 

Truth is you’re a reflection of what you believe and visualize to be your truth. 

This is your weight or any health condition that you have.

A lightbulb went off in my head 💡a few weeks ago when my coach said…have you ever visualized how you want to look and feel in your body?

I had a general visualization but not a detailed one.

She told me to get very detailed and that’s when it hit me…

I’d never envisioned exactly what I wanted for my body and how it would feel. 

I think she’s onto something.
