There’s a 5-step process we’ll take together: 

  1. We meet in person or virtually to discuss all of your health concerns and goals for the future.  
  2. I’ll order labs based on what we determine is best for evaluating your current health status. You can use your insurance, FSA or HSA accounts for these.
  3. We’ll meet virtually to review those labs together and create a plan that suits your lifestyle.
  4. Over time, we’ll refine your habits and routines. I’ll show you how to collect data on yourself and interpret your body’s signals, so you can correct little issues as they arise. 
  5. We’ll retest your labs after six months to assess your progress and discuss next steps. 

The process takes 6 months on average, with 1 telehealth visit per month (in addition to analyzing labs and assessing progress). 


Plus, you’ll get weekly portal access and invites to Q&A office hours, in case you need any extra troubleshooting.


During this initial 6-month phase, expect to spend 10-20 minutes a day discovering your unique health intricacies. I promise, the benefits of what you’ll learn will last a lifetime. 


Then you’ll move into maintenance mode, and I’ll serve as your guide whenever you need me.
