Mitochondria use fats, proteins and carbs as well as vitamins B1-3 and minerals like magnesium to make energy. 

If you’re not eating foods with all 3 of these macros or your beneficial bacteria aren’t able to make B vitamins, post-biotic antioxidants or help you absorb nutrients effectively your mitochondria won’t make energy effectively. 

It’s common to think if you just took a supplement you’d boost your energy.

It’s called bioenergetic screening.

Your energy can be measured by a device that reads your voice when you say certain vowels or a transdermal electrical screening device. 

In the case of the bioenergetic screening,  it’s assessing the hertz you produce when you speak.

The varying hertz levels are then analyzed via an algorithm and areas of imbalance are determined.

You may be thinking this sounds completely woo woo but I have to admit when I tried this and referred my clients to my friend that does the bioenergetic screening I was impressed with the results.
