| What do you identify as when it comes to your health? Do you see yourself as… 🏋️ Fit or athletic? 😌 Fairly healthy? 😣 Chronically sick? 🛠 A work in progress? Whether we realize it or not, we all carry a health identity — a story we’ve accepted about our bodies. And that identity shapes how we show up for our health every day. Here’s the thing: What you focus on becomes your reality. 👉 So if you identify with your diagnosis (or label you’ve put on yourself) — that label becomes your fate. 👉 If you see your symptoms as a life sentence — you live like there’s no way out. (huge for those who see themselves as overweight! – my biggest lesson I’ve learned in my life!) But what if your symptoms and labs aren’t the end of the story? What if they’re the beginning of a new one? What if the problem… is actually the solution? 💡 What if instead of labeling yourself with a condition, you used your symptoms and labs as clues — to build a custom plan for thriving? 💡 What if you stopped identifying with a diagnosis (or view of yourself) and started forming a new identity — one built around strength, vitality, and healing? That’s what I aim to do every day with my clients. We combine symptoms + labs to sleuth out what the body needs — …and then we build a lifestyle around that data, not a label. Because you are not your diagnosis. You are a living, evolving body with the ability to shift and thrive — no matter your age or what you’ve experienced in the past. So I’ll ask again: What do you identify as when it comes to your health — and who do you want to become? Focusing on the who you’re becoming? Game changer! Here’s to aging strong and writing your own health story, — Dr. Jannine Krause P.S. Ready to decode your labs and build your new identity around health? |
