It’s estimated that by 2026 – 48% of all business advertisements and messaging will be AI generated.

The New York Post noted Americans only believe 37% of what they see on social media is real and without edits.

While I can see the benefit of feeding ChatGPT information for condensing wordy email messages or podcast notes, the reality is every article it writes sounds the same.

I can spot an AI generated post or email from the flowery words it uses like “unlocking and embracing”.

What’s wild is I see those words so often now I’m catching myself adding them to articles as if I’ve been brainwashed to converse like AI.

Gross.

Now I’m seeing teens are expressing their feelings to chat bots like ChatGPT and CharacterAI versus talking to their friends….

…guess that takes away the “what will they think of me” fear, but this is horrifying to me.

Consumer Reports found that 1 in 5 Americans used chat bots to discuss health related topics.

This takes “Google Doctoring” to a whole new level.

I understand the logic at 1 am when you’re wide awake, you’re not going to call your doctor and your questions have to be answered because… maybe it will help ease your mind to get you back to sleep?

But at what cost to your mental health?

Even while you’re typing into the bot you know the answer is always “you have cancer”.

Why put yourself through those mental gymnastics?

Call me old school but I prefer personal interaction and real conversations.

I like to meet my clients in person, listen to their heart and lungs, read their pulses, look at their tongue and actually run them through a physical exam.

The same goes for my mission with my podcast.

I’ve been dreaming about a group podcast where women in health open up the doors to their practices to listeners by sharing thoughts on trends, tips and the truth of what works and doesn’t.

Last Friday I did just that with 2 gals I adore and we recorded the 1st episode!

I’m so excited for today’s release – episode 526 of The Health Fix Podcast is a trio – Melissa Vogel from Melissa Vogel Fitness and The Bomb Mom Podcast along with Dr. Anna Marie Frank, traditional naturopathic doctor and owner of Happy Whole You supplements, teas and clinic in Bakersfield, California.

We talk all about our office and personal experiences with weight loss trends, body image, the comparison game and the “shrinking woman” syndrome!

If you’re struggling with the concept of getting older, seeing your body change and you’re craving a good laugh with inspiration – this podcast is for you! (Click HERE to listen and subscribe to the podcast to not miss out on the fun!)

I believe we have the ability to reconnect humans and my mission is to do it through sharing real life stories.

Heading into 2025 I’ll be bringing on other pals in the health field to get real and open up on their thoughts, fears and struggles with getting older, hormones and more!

Plus – if any of you would like to jump in on a podcast to share your story – I’d love to have you on – hit reply!

As 2025 rolls in there will be more chances for meet ups with me from in person to Zoom masterclasses – stay tuned.

I want to know all of you and how I can bring the best information your way – AI free.

Here’s to being real and restoring human connection!
