Britta Stalling from Hunyuan Qi Therapy guided me through a 5 minute total body circulation Qi Gong practice in my podcast episode 517 that I had to share with you all. (click HERE to listen to the entire podcast).
Scroll down to check it out or read below for a little back ground on the session.
This Qi Gong session includes movement as well as saying the words of the organs you’re impacting.
Likely you’ve heard about the power of certain hertz of music helping balance the body, like the 417-423 hz of the note of C that is used to calibrate musical instruments too.
In this Qi Gong session you’re using the hertz of your voice to say four words hun (hoon), yuan (you-on), ling and tong.
At the same time you’ll touch the areas that correspond to the 3 of the words.
- hun – lungs
- yuan – kidneys
- ling – solar plexus (upper abdomen where the rib cage meets)
- tong – this is where you move your arms to expand your qi movement – no correlation to a body part.
And at the end of the session you’ll bring the Qi that surrounds you back to your body…
…like you’re pulling a beach ball toward you and hugging it.
You’ll hold the solar plexus region where the rib cage comes together above the belly button and then move to the “dan tien” region below your belly button.
This is an easy Qi Gong practice that anyone can do.
Bryan my pup loved it so much he came over and chimed in on one of the sounds – so cool!
Every time I’ve done it since then he always comes over to hang out…I can’t help but think he’s coming over for the good vibes.
The way your Qi circulates has the impact to help boost others.
If you’re feeling good you can share that vibe with others.
The world needs good vibes – join me to pass on some good vibes!
