In the last 2 years I’ve found it harder to keep my weight in check than ever before. 

The intermittent fasting wasn’t working for me anymore and I found myself craving more sweets vs salty chips as I had in the past. 

I didn’t want to do another diet so I started using the Lumen breath sensing device.

It helped me to realize how my habits, routines and behaviors were messing with my blood sugar balance, a key factor over 40. 

I was able to see in realtime what I needed to adjust to get me back on track. 

While it still helps me to keep things in check I realized last spring that I needed a bit more help. 

Turns out dialing in your blood sugar only goes so far when you aren’t challenging your body enough during the day. 

With using the Whoop I realized I was sitting more than was optimal for my body so I started moving more during the day.

And with the help of my fitness coaches I increased my workout intensity with sprint workouts twice a week and switched up my weight lifting routines

With the Lumen, Whoop and increasing intensity things shifted a little but I knew I was missing something.
