My Treatment Recommendations:
1) Start with a 7 day M’lis Detox
2) Then start on the Whole 30 Diet Protocol and remain on it while having your LipoMelt sessions (Avoiding alcohol, wheat, dairy, corn, soy & sugar)
3) Set up a treatment for 2-3 times a week – start with 6 sessions and see how it goes
4) Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water a day
5) Exercise 30 minutes 5 times a day and ideally set your workouts for after the LipoMelt sessions
6) Take milk thistle by Gaia Herbs – 3 capsules after each treatment and 3 each night on days that you don’t have treatments
