If it comes in a box and it’s not the way nature intended it to be it’s in the trash. Ready made foods, spice packets, salad dressings and sauces all contain preservatives, processed sugars and oils that are toxic to your body

 

Use the Right Oils

Cold expeller pressed oils and unrefined coconut oils are best. These are unrefined oils that are not toxic to your gut or liver. Make dressings and sauces at home out of these types of oils

Avoid Genetically Modified Foods

Avoid wheat, corn and soy as these foods are the most genetically modified and damaging to the digestive system. Purchase organic fruits and vegetables when you can and focus on always purchasing organic apples, tomatoes, bell peppers, celery, peaches, strawberries, nectarines, blueberries, spinach, dark leafy greens, cherries and potatoes

 

Rest and Refresh. Get eight hours of sleep each night. Set your sleep schedule to go to bed and wake up the same time each day. Make time each day to breathe – 5 count inhale and exhale ten times, repeat as much as you like to reset the nervous system
